Can the QAH be adjusted for shorter people?
Apr. 23, 2010
The shoulder braces have holes to adjust the stomach plate up and down on the braces.
After fitting the stomach plate on the braces to your size, extra length of the lower braces can be cut, then the black covers replaced. The same can be done with the telescopic arm if too long.
If you are shorter than 5'0" , let us know and we can make necessary adjustments to both the braces and the telescopic arm.

Pradeep thank you for your interest in the Quick Action Harness! There is no problem with the support of 15lbs! I will have to get a quote for shipping so could you please send the address I would be sending it. The quick release clamp I would recommend would be an additional $125.00 USD. Please send address to our email qah@cfl.rr.com. Thank you again.

What kind of lenses are supported?
Apr. 23, 2010
While the initial development was geared towards long (and heavy) telescopic lenses, the setup allows also to adapt to shorter lenses, which might be too heavy to be handheld over longer periods of time. The "Bigma" (Sigma 50 -500mm) is a good example. With close to 4 lbs in weight it sure is nothing that you can handhold all the time...
