2 padded shoulder braces with 6 holes for appropriate adjustments
1 telescopic arm with holes (one inch apart) to fit most quick release clamps with either screws (are included) and/or small knobs(included), 1- 3/8 hole at the end to fit a monopod, and 6 holes to adjust arm up or down
1 stomach cushion
1 stomach plate with holes for appropriate width adjustments
3 stainless steel screws
2 small black knobs
1 large black knob
2 hex keys
1 Phillips screw driver
4 stomach plate attachment spacers with appropriate hex screws
1 assembly and fitting instructional DVD
